Secure IP-phone “Bukovel” is designed for high secrecy level voice information exchange.

"Bukovel" is used in IP-based networks.

The IP-phone may work in two modes: with SIP-server and without it.

"Bukovel" supports automatic codec selection, according to user preferences and capabilities of communication channels.

IP- phone save all adjustments configuration after poweroff.

"Bukovel" has a color graphic display and easy-to-use menu.

The address (phone) book

The phone book have more than 400 cells.  User can view the address book, edit information, search for the subscriber, addition the new entries and edit existing ones or remote send the phone book .

Call by hotkeys

The six hotkeys can be associated with the subscribers in the address book.

Call with or without using a SIP-server

"Bukovel" supports the organization of a session with the SIP-server (SIP proxy / registrar) or without it (IP-subscriber).

Сall hold

During a call hold, the user can answer the incoming call or to create a new session with the other user. Hold option realize as a special hotkey.

Repeat the last call

Repeat last call option realize as a special hotkey. The last call  Information is saved in phone memory  after poweroff.

Сall list

IP-phone memorize  the last 50 calls and classification by type in special lists (incoming, outgoing, missed). Calls  information contains the name and address of the user, duration the call time, call direction, etc.

Сall forwarding

Call forwarding active call to another subscriber realize as a special hotkey. User can select a person to forwarding from address book or entered the manually. Call forwarding have two modes: "with talk" and "without talk".

Сall blocking

If you press a special hotkey, all incoming calls will lock.

Audio-conference on 4 caller

The IP-phone supports audio conference call (up to 4 users).

Microphone mute

Microphone mute realize as a special hotkey.

Adaptive jitter buffer

Attaining high quality telephony over Internet Protocol (IP) networks is one of the essential steps in the convergence of voice communication services. The main objective of transmitting real-time voice on IP networks is to overcome the variable inter-packet delay (jitter) encountered as the packets traverse the network. Adaptive jitter buffer was implemented to enable smooth playout of voice packets as the packets are received.

Voice activity detection (VAD)

Voice activity detection (VAD), also known as speech activity detection or speech detection, is a technique used in speech processing in which the presence or absence of human speech is detected. The main uses of VAD are in speech coding and speech recognition. It can facilitate speech processing, and can also be used to deactivate some processes during non-speech section of an audio session: it can avoid unnecessary coding/transmission of silence packets in Voice over Internet Protocol applications, saving on computation and on network bandwidth.
